Dark blue body, very rare knobby SILVER wheels 9 mm with 20 treads. Rare 2 line decals are 100%, the version with the 2 line only text on the sides was made especially for the "Pickfords" company and was only available through them. The issue with silver wheels is very rare. Very near mint / mint model in excellent+ "D" box.
