Dark blue chassis and cab, grey tilting rear container, black plastic wheels. Very rare early version with KNOBBY black wheels and with the small peep hole in the front of the container. "Cleansing Service" decals are 99%. Near mint condition. These early issues with knobby wheels are rare.
