Extremly rare 1st version with dark green ( not metallic green ) body, unpainted base, wide 5 spoke wheels, round "7" label, clear windows. This is the first version produced in the famous "non-metallic green" colour, left over bodies from the pre-production period were used. Worn & chipped model with paint chips all around. The good news: wheels and axles are fine, rolls good, front "7" label is ok. In worn, creased & taped box. The last picture show an comparision to the standard metallic green version. |

Never isued blistercard for the extremly rare 1st version with dark green ( not metallic green ) body, showing an early pre-pro with thin 5 spoke wheels, round "7" label to sides, clear windows. This card was sent from the printing company to Lesney for approval of the artwork and thankfully the Lesney employee in charge for handling these kept the cards...this is how these beautiful card survived. There are no known Superfast models ever issued on these ( canadian and swedish only ) blistercards ever so this card is presenting history. Neither the card or the model were ever issued as shown. Unused, printing fresh, like new. Rear side is plain white. |
