The "Matchbox News" news sheets were sent out by the Press Department at Lesney to press agencies and distributors around the world. These were usually released when a new models was issued or other noteworthy news happend within the company ( like a visit from the Queen ). It's usually a single sheet of paper accompanied with a black & white photograph.
