Rare last issue in with "Shield" decals on the doors ( instead of "Fire Chief" lettering ), fine tread black plastic wheels, red rear bumper. Very near mint, minimal wear. Near mint "D" Box. Interesting variation that was produced accidently at the end of the models production. Lesney was either running out of the door decals too early and just used the new ones made for the replacment model No.59C Ford Galaxie or a few of these were found in storage when production of the 59C already started.

This model is identical to the No.55B Police Car and cross-over variations with a red "Fire Chief" body and a "Police Car" base exist.
