Yellow body, black base, silver trim, "Blue Circle Portland Cement" decals. Very rare last issue fitted with small knobby black plastic wheels and with dark tan load ( different, darker shade then all earlier issues ). Very good condition, slight marks to the left rear corner, all decals are 100%. In correct late "D" box which is structural excellen but is missing an end flap. A very rare wheel variation!
