Yellow body, black base, silver trim, "Blue Circle Portland Cement" decals. Very rare last issue fitted with small knobby black plastic wheels and with dark tan load ( different, darker shade then all earlier issues ). Good condition, very slight chip marks but the model has been touched up around the load bed, hardly visible in the pictures. In correct late "D" box which is worn, complete with all flaps but most are taped from the inside. A very rare wheel variation!
