One of the more unsual models in the 1-75 series, the Cement Mixer. Light blue body with orange metal wheels. Very late models were fitted with grey plastic wheels. Later issue with orange painted metal wheels ( 3 mm wide hubs ) and without handle at the rear of the engine compartment.  Near mint condition with a few pin-pricks to right wheel in very near mint, crisp box. Outstanding quality.
