1969 transitional blistercard USA & Canada
These are the first blistercards used for the then new Superfast models in late 1969, using the standard Regular Wheel blistercards found in the USA and Canada showing the generic Highway scene now with additional "Superfast" imprint on the card and before the models name. A rare true transitional blistercard only used for a couple of months in 1969 before the first true "Superfast" blistercard with and updated design was launched.

Early issue with off white body, "137" labels to doors, "Rally Monte Carlo" decal to front number plate ( 100 % ), thin solid 5 spoke wheels. This was one of the first Superfast models produced in the second half of 1969. Model is near mint, the htf early 1969 blisterpack is near mint too, no creasing, cello is fully intact. Very hard to find this good. |
