The Coal Hopper Set in the rarer US version, called "Complete Mining Site". The US sets are always containing the Power Activator in the box so they are "play ready". Includes the No. 4 Leyland Tipper in light blue with silver tipper, amber windows and blue BMX plastic parts. The coal hopper is yellow, coal is still in the original plastic bag. Near mint, unplayed with set in good larger US box which is slightly worn.
